Shipping Policy

At Stealth Co, our priority is delivering professional-grade gear securely and efficiently. Because we supply highly regulated items—including body armor, ammunition, and firearm components—our fulfillment operations are governed by strict federal, state, and local compliance protocols.

This policy outlines our shipping capabilities, delivery timelines, and strict jurisdictional restrictions. Please review this information carefully. By placing an order with Stealth Co, you acknowledge and agree to these fulfillment terms, including our mandatory security requirement that your billing address must exactly match your shipping address for the order to be processed.

Domestic Fulfillment

We currently ship to the lower 48 United States. Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays. You will receive an automated confirmation email with tracking information the moment your gear leaves our facility. To prevent fraud and ensure delivery accuracy, the billing address must exactly match the shipping address. Orders with mismatched addresses will be automatically canceled and refunded to the original payment method.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

Adult Signature: High-value or restricted shipments may require an Adult Signature (21+). It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure an adult is present for delivery.

No Redirects: For security, we prohibit the redirection of packages while in transit. Carriers are instructed to deliver only to the verified address on the shipping label.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal, the actual return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Hazardous Materials: All DOT-regulated items (Ammunition, Solvents, Aerosols) are restricted to Ground Transport only within the Lower 48 states.

International and APO/FPO Policy

At this time, we do not ship internationally or to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. All orders must originate from and be delivered to a physical address within our supported domestic shipping zones.

Regulatory Compliance & Restricted Items

We adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations. While our system includes automated notifications and blocks to prevent restricted orders, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at our discretion if we determine it may violate current legislation.

Buyer Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to research and understand all applicable laws in their jurisdiction before placing an order. We cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of the information below as laws are subject to rapid change.

Magazine Restrictions

Due to varying state and local regulations, we do not ship magazines to the following locations:

Ammunition Restrictions

You must be 18+ years old to purchase rifle/shotgun ammo and 21+ years old to purchase handgun ammo. All ammunition must ship via FedEx Ground. Ammunition cannot be shipped to a PO Box. Due to safety regulations and the nature of the product, all ammunition sales are final. Returns are not accepted for any reason. Due to varying state and local regulations, we do not ship ammunition to the following locations:

Body Armor Restrictions

Due to varying state and local regulations, we do not ship body armor to the following locations:

• New York

Firearm Parts & Accessories Restrictions

Due to varying state and local regulations, we do not ship firearm-related products to residents or addresses in the following states. Any attempt to circumvent this via third-party forwarders or out-of-state proxies is a violation of our terms.
