Return Policy
We aim to provide the best gear for your needs. If a product does not meet your expectations, our return process is straightforward and transparent.
Return Window & Item Condition
Items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition with all original packaging, tags, and documentation included. All returns are strictly inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse a return or apply a restocking fee if the item shows signs of use, mounting (for optics/accessories), wear, or is missing any original packaging or components.
Return Process
For safety and legal compliance regarding firearm accessories and regulated materials, all returns must be initiated through our Returns Portal. The portal will generate a compliant shipping label for you. This ensures your return is handled by a carrier authorized to transport the equipment. The actual cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your final refund.
Refused Deliveries & Undeliverable Addresses
If a delivery is refused at the door or returned to us by the carrier as “undeliverable,” the actual cost of the return shipping (the fee charged to us by the carrier to bring the package back) will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Errors and Damaged Items
If we sent you the wrong item or if your order arrives damaged, Stealth Co will cover 100% of the shipping costs to rectify the error. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report an issue. Do not discard the shipping box or packaging. We will require photos of the damage to assist with shipping insurance claims and to expedite your replacement.
Warranty Claims
Many of the products we offer are backed by manufacturer warranties for defects or performance issues. If you experience a defect or warranty issue, please contact us for instructions. Depending on the brand, we will either facilitate the repair/replacement or provide you with the direct contact info for the manufacturer’s warranty department.
Non-Returnable Products
Due to safety regulations and the specialized nature of our inventory, the following items are Non-Returnable and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Ceramic Body Armor (to ensure ballistic integrity for all customers)
- Ammunition
- Hazardous Materials (if applicable, e.g., certain batteries or cleaning chemicals)
